$100-$150m is no even close to what they think is now required to complete 002-003. Most of upfront costs to setup +120 sites and close out Stage 1 is not a sunk cost. Stage 2 costs will be materially less than this arbitrary HC number. Nevertheless PAR now need to confirm this expectation once FDA have cleared revision to IND.
