I'm not saying a CR is a bad thing, I think if it's done for the right reasons it's a good thing. But do you think for one millisecond they're going to get away with chucking a few free options in or something like that to get people to participate? No it will be heavily discounted & I'm not convinced they will find anyone to underwrite it.
So my logic is how is it possibly a buy now if you're convinced there will be a CR because you will inevitably lose a large amount of cash short term
