So, still no tangible reason why 2x2 was not
included in dosing study. I have been banging
on about this for months, but was told by some
prominent posters here that it wasn’t necessary
because of 70 2x2 participants in previous trials,
plus at least 600 patients in SAS. We are told
there were 600 participants in dosing study. As
I understand it 3 different dosing arms plus
placebo. Despite Rennie promising to include
2x2 in his interview with Scott Williams in early
2021, it didn’t happen. What is the real reason
it wasn’t included. Surely a 600 person trial
allowed enough room for 2x2 inclusion. I also
would like to see the data for 1.5x2.
