@wazza239 , Nobody gets control of another entity in business, all you get is legal protection. When they deal with PAR, they are sort of getting the partnership of PAR and Bene in this venture. They are all interdependent. Even if BP wanted to gain control by buying out Bene, they would still have to honour existing contracts with PAR or anyone else. I think as we get closer to commercialisation the FOMO will overtake any nervousness about us appearing to be a middle man between them and the drug.
