I have never been in any related industry either, so what do I know, really? But I don't see why a direct connection would be necessary. It would make communication and dealings between the three parties more cumbersome and open the door to opportunities for miscommunication or misunderstandings.

I also suspect it would be a breach of contract to for Bene to deal directly with PARS customers/account holders/distributors/whatever they are, and for good reason. If BP sign with PAR, they have to deal with PAR unless otherwise authorised. That's how WE keep control. If they want a piece of the action, they deal with it!
