OK. I can't help myself. I'm too angry. It is my opinion that you can't manage your own decision making and are looking for someone to pin ownership of your unsatisfactory position on. You think you are a clever because you can identify him? I know who he is (happy to give you my name if you want it) and I know that he has already answered all your questions in his posts, you just chose not to believe him. I don't care whether he chooses to respond or not, but I don't believe he owes you a response unless you are on a level playing field i.e. you also identify yourself.
