If it is and there is no deal by June 30, then PR should be moved on. In any other normal company this would have happened ages ago. Instead the shareholders grant him options for restoring destroyed value.
The BOD who allowed him to be Chairman and CEO at another company should also be gone. Amos most definitely and DS can keep her job but no Board position.
it's honestly farcical what has happened at this company and the time and money wasted. There should be some form of accountability. Maybe that's why PR has never appointed a Chairman because he would be held accountable or maybe he just couldn't find someone who would bow to him.
