Possibly tax selling. More precisely, a near 500K clip sold down through the market to as low as $0.235 (1350 lots only). Some really clowny execution - thanks for the cheap stock whoever you are.
If PR does at last come good on MPS partnership, there are going to be some very disgruntled ex-holders out there. Sadly it happens so often. Some of these ASX Directors should be doing time for the BS they pedal to investors.
PR's poor governance and performance more than priced in at these cheap levels.
