Well all that matters at the moment is that money talks and given the dreadful state of the share price the market is factoring in a cap raise.

I know I've mentioned this plenty of times but it's so crucial to the success of businesses, the financial mismanagement and complete outlandish statements from management saying they were fully funded after numerous raises needs to be called out.

If PAR do survive this and that's a big if given the current state of affairs, the board must make radical changes to management. With the AGM fast approaching I can't wait to see what the next 3 months serves up, one thing is for sure if there is any further delays the share price will be smashed into single digits.
