I've seen it in other stocks (MSB recently). If enough shareholders e-mail (and Hot Copper can generate that tide) the investor relations team, the management may actually be encouraged to actually relase an update to the mkt on at least one of the very three pertinant questions you ask. I'd settle for one update.

Please update the mkt on the status of partnership negotiations that you have alluded to for 4 years now and even pumped at the recent AGM. You may have noticed the company share price is rather in the bin with continued ambiguity over future funding; FDA acceptance of 2 x 2 dosing; etc.
