This is a fair read of the situation but why was 51 Capital hired then? It takes less than 3 months to close a deal/ raise so they should have completed their work by now..If, as some are speculating, no deal/ raise will be done before FDA response why were they engaged at all. That is what I would ask the Board..Personally, I would prefer my funds invested were spent on operating activities rather than diverted to compensate other holders for their losses by giving them board seat fees and monthly advisory fees..
Just my thoughts...
