Exactly Groper7... If they were so confident at the AGM (both the CEO & head of business development) that a deal would be done by June 2024, then why would you need to pay that staggering options package + monthly fees for advice on a deal that is already underway, a rubber stamp, if you will.
You shareholders should be asking how that deal came about, who proposed it and who voted in favour of it!
