I think on a R/R basis buying atm could well prove to be a very good move. I feel sorry for the long term holders that haven't averaged down because they are the real losers in this debacle because unlike PR they can't just allocate themselves free options on a regular basis.
I cannot understand anyone that praises the board after they have overseen a drop in SP of 95% and following the SP off the cliff is not always a good policy. The SP is a reflection (usually) of the health of the company & the likelihood of success.
The fact is they have virtually no cash left & still no green light from the FDA & even if we do get the green light from the FDA we don't know how onerous their requirements will be for the next stage.
That's a lot of uncertainty, hence the SP.
However it could change very quickly but it clearly depends on what the FDA say.
I just hope that they have a partner lined up subject to the results or any pump from a positive FDA result will likely be negated by a discounted CR.
I suspect things will become much clearer very soon so GLTAH
