if the last 2 quarterlies are anything to go by, I’m expecting collateral damage to the balance sheet. Paul announced a cap raise in October, 1 day prior to the end of the quarter on a Sunday!!!. Prior to this he had the market believing a Chinese regional deal was looming. He is a pathological liar as others have pointed out before.

…..then the January quarterly reporting had atleast a 10-15million over spend on the projected spend for the Dec quarter. This spend happened prior to the FDA adrenal meeting in Jan, so PAR would have known the cost was going to be occurring.

Paul’s efforts are nothing short of a disaster. He is a woeful leader and what he has done to the balance sheet is worthy of a public shaming.

Anyone holding into the quarterly at April’s end, you’ve been warned.
