That's too dangerous imo. They should not be relying upon the FDA before securing funding of some sort to at least get us through until well into next year. Blowing $27mn on the close out costs has put us in a perilous position. Any delays and we are severely compromised.

Perhaps what FB mentioned about forward selling royalties will come to fruition. I really don't like the sound of it but beggars can't be choosers.

They seem determined to take the prime asset (Europe/US) as far as possible before dealing. I hope this isn't our downfall.
