Bene has the golden goose, not Paradigm. It's that simple. Paradigm are spending all the $$$ to prove that Bene's product works in humans (and also to pay for PR's and DS lifestyles).
PR is trying to get greedy with the deals, but really he's not in a very strong negotiating position.
If Paradigm owned and manufactured the product, PAR would be worth billions now, but alas, they are just over $100mill.
Even the German fund didn't buy any more shares in the recent capital raising and it's debatable whether they still have their previous stated holdings.
Bene has the golden goose, not Paradigm. It's that simple....
