I’m similar to you in that I have been building my position.
With that in mind I grabbed a couple of parcels yesterday, hitting the 29 cent offer twice. Each time they were filled off screen in the mid-point. I noticed someone else did same with the same result, so this leads me to believe it’s an underwriter of the last CR that was feeding them out.
