Z1332, it might help to go back and have a look at previous discounts needed to get a cap raise done.. I think it was about 30%, but you can go and check and be more precise.
We don't really know how much they have (or need going forward), but the 4C will be out in the coming weeks, so we will have better idea by end of month.
I suspect they will game it the following way:
Their strategy will be to release news (maybe FDA response to 2x2) with the belief that they think is positive for share price and try and take advantage of a supposed jump in share price. They will need to be quick out of the gates if there is any pop, as every previous pop has been sold into.
As for how much dollars, they will take what they can get, but they need >$50m.
