Technically yes as 1.5mg/kg x2 still works but NOT as well to make it as compelling in terms of primary end points. The proposed most effective dose removes doubt over placebo.
The FDA will likely support revised IND for 2mg x2 but may not agree to removal some of safety monitoring per patient which PAR has recommended for their convenince (onerous testing). Hence SW commentary on cost for stage 2 (OA-012).
