Perhaps my use of the word "control" with regard to Bene was a bit strong but I still cannot see how a deal with PAR can be done without some direct connection between BP and Bene as well, over and above the legal obligations that Bene and PAR have with each other. But like probably most people here on this forum I am not in the pharmaceutical industry so may be wrong.
