I hear you, but do they have any US Investment banks currently supporting the company or writing research on it (?) I don't think they do.
Were there any US based funds that bought in the last capital raise or on the register?
It takes time to properly lay out and co-ordinate a listing like that and I don't think they have any boots on the ground (do they?) outside of Dr Skerret.
The idea makes sense, as that is where the largest pool of healthcare specific investors reside, but I don't think you can do it from Adelaide or Perth, they need people in country. Some clarity on costs (as many have mentioned) would help as well.
