Just an observation over the years........smart money tends to accumulate stock very quietly and patiently. The noise tends to be from people that are trying to off load their own holdings (or the company they work for) at a better price or on the other side by people trying to put people off from buying in so the price does not increase while they increase their own holdings (or the company they work for holdings). Sometimes the noise is created by people that switch from one to the other. Also when a company starts to limit their announcements to only the ones that really matter (no fluffy announcements that mean nothing) or are forced to announce then that is a good sign that the smart money is in the background quietly accumulating. So the thought that this forum about OSL has gone very very quiet could be a very good thing.
