The integration of Matmor to an integrated facility is why we see a delay, as Matomor has been fast tracked onto the scene. Having Matmor at the table may have also helped the opportunity to demonstrate Coldry. Integration the 2 products in new imo, but once proven, is another option for future roll out, another feather in the bow ticked.

I also think the COP21 was a massive hold point.

A Techno Economic Feasibility Study enables the authorities to make an investment decision regarding the project.

The study is carried out by identification of potential benefits expected to accrue to the community and comparison with the estimated construction cost, operation and maintenance cost of the project.


It helps an investor make an informed decision and hence the right investment. Therefore we might not have the $$$ until this is carried out

Overall these are big plans in motion.... we are not in the box seat...yet.... therefore frustratingly drawn out, but in ways understandable as out of our control. However once and when we get there, it might just be worth that further 6 months of waiting.... as people have said, wealth for generations.
