most of people here are not investors, they buy/sell from the secondary market, hence are traders only. so please don't complain why management doesn't care about the shareholders.
ESI doesn't have enough cash for further development, this is the reason why SP can't go further north. ESI has to do CR or others to get cash from new REAL investors. Obviously the new REAL investors want to get more from the cake if it's really nice. then the question will be how much will be left for current shareholders/traders. dilution is right in the corner .... we just don't know how good/bad it is....
