As per previous announcements AKK owes:
- $4,500,000 to Newtak P/L (Dominic Pelicano)
- $500,000 to Newtak P/L (Dominic Pelicano)
- $200k - $300k admin costs.
The monies to Newtak P/L have not been paid because the ASX has not approved the payments.
After these have been paid AKK will have little in the kitty.
