Well considering the yearly chart closed with a doji at the top of last years high or marginally above i'd say indecision remains but without a gap and holding the ground is biased to the upside - it still doesn't take out the fact that bogey man can come out of the shadows at anytime. Regardless though i'd punt on another green year - in the 15 years since launched it's only seen 4 red years & 2 of those where within the range of the first year.
