Last price, based on buy/sell orders was already 13c. It depends on the announcement and what is meant by a Material announcement. A definition is below. They haven't used the term before, so let's hope that by 'material' they mean fantastic.
I'm tipping something more than the usual, "we could have massive amounts of oil/helium/coal" and that it will detail how they intend to use the scoping study to get to production and possibly reveal a new JV. JH has been very confident about the csm resource recently.
