ICP is awash with shares. Over the 5 years I held this stock, expansion was at the expense of the shareholder by issuing more shares, not debt. My mistake buying 5 years ago and carrying the risk. Thank god i sold at 50 cents. It's time again to buy at this level and hold. Oneday the market will like this stock. My question to someone in HC land, at $18 million market cap, its cheap, what % is required if an aggressive takeover is put on the table? Can management defend a hostle takeover?
