BEFORE At the moment we assume ICP is the largest shareholder in NEO-ICP with 47% of NEO ICP. (I say assume because there is no discussion by ICP management of whom the other shareholders are)
AFTER this transaction ... the shareholder who previously owned 41% if NEO-ICP will then own about 30% of ICP (and have an extra $10m cash in his pocket)
====>>> Currently the largest shareholder in ICP owns about 4% of ICP. This party will be diluted by about 30% with the new issue of shares
Shift... Not many people are actually looking at this transaction deeply.
On the surface of things "ICP will control NEO-ICP". So it is a takeover...
But in fact the ex-NEO-ICP majority shareholders will be paid $10m to become the majority shareholders in ICP.
The next largest shareholder will have a holding 90% smaller than theirs.
My question is... who are these shareholders? Are they linked to management in any way shape or form??
