    Guys just wondering why OTE is so low in price? Ive done some reading and this weeks news seem real good? Also why didnt it go higher in ancticpation during drilling rather it just popped on news? Normally they go high in drilling and wait for results? I am just trying to work this out as another share i own is drilling for oil commencing this week and saw it pop this week so cant work out why VIL isnt like 2c with a 30 column of oil? Thanks in advance
