Is any of this two-year-old history even remotely relevant to what is happening now? It is quite clear that the bulk (at least) of the Regal holding was purchased from Paul Kehoe, long after April 2013, and after the Glencore rumour. Hindsight is wonderful, but did somebody have a crystal ball at the time?
Is anybody suggesting that ASIC should really be investigating whether someone knew, a YEAR in advance, what Regal were going to be doing, and whether they might come unstuck as a result?
