Silly question, when they've done their feasibility studies and it comes to the decision to mine they'll raise it from the market. Access to capital is one of the primary reasons companies are... umm... you know... listed on the stock market.
If it isn't viable at that time the market won't give them the money and they'll put it on ice, in the end the market will decide.
Talk of interest rates is barely relevant, rates have been higher and amazingly listed companies were able to raise money.
On a different subject I can't see the share price holding once they go ex the SPP entitlement, and then especially when everyone has their 43c shares and tries to go for the exits at the same time to make a quick buck.
