I have to disagree.
PRR did a cap raising in May 2011, part of which was an institutional placement. That was substantially oversubscribed, and was extended from $18m to $21m due to excess demand. One of the instos participating (AMP) had to be sent a cheque for $1m to refund their oversubscription, which could not be accommodated.
