Hard to tell where the sp will end up in the short term.
But when the good news come, there will be a tug between 3 forces - nasdaq,Frankfurt and ASX. I am not sure how many ADRs can be issued, but if there is no limit, Nasdaq and Frankfurt will end up with most of the shares.
