Thanks CK. Your emphasis then was more on what happened with other stocks that involved La Jolla. You would be quite right that we need to avoid such arrangements like the plague. That is one of the reasons I found attractive with PRR as when they secured free capital through the capital raisings that removed the dribbling out of shares at a discount each month in payment to the former financiers Springtree. It also removed the monthly overhang of shares caused by the continual requirement to sell by Springtree.

Yet the sp is languishing due to uncertainty created by the recent management moves and the shedding of non core activities to concentrate on the Cvac trials. Its these circumstances(including the markets) that have conspired to diminish sentiment and spook some s/holders. Hopefully it will blow over quickly. If shareholders uncertainty is allayed in terms of the changes and the strategy then shareholders may become more reluctant to sell and restrain the current down trend.
