Allow me to teach you the basics of derivatives trading:

You buy a 3000 put for 30c
You buy a 3000 call for 25c
Total cost = 55c

If the market falls, to say 2900, the put is worth 100, while the call is worth zero. 100 - 55 = 45c profit
If the market rallies, to say 3100, the put is worth zero while the call is worth 100. 100 - 55 = 45c profit.
