Has been mentioned on this site about funding being organised in UK, but your right, its a tough time to be raising cash. I doubt very much they'll do a cap raising via 100% script, far too diluting.
Life of mine offtake arrangement will also help attract some $$$.
Of course decent results from Harts and Daicos may see us closer to fair value.
