No doubt I will get blasted from the THR faithful here, but on a serious note I think THR could of done a lot better with an offtake agreement with a Jap/Chinese/Korean steel mill rather than a global commodity trader like CITEC.
Why? Well because it would have been a lot easier to get finanacing through one of these mills or THR could have sold a stake in the project out to secure the funding
