There is a hell of a lot of paper out there, that is one of the reasons for the current price. Another reason is where will the money come from to establish the mine & build a processing plant? If by CR then a lot more shares on issue, if by partnership then further dilution.
If the next report is a good one it should be followed by a capital reconstruction.
