1 for 8 (or there abouts) share consolidation(200,000,000 post and maybe 100,000,000 new shares for raising at 20c to 25c for example would give us a fair bit of cash. The rest would come from a debt facility. The figure required would depend on size of plant and if it was new or not. There are lots of scenarios, this is just one. The price and resource at the time could obviously change how it could be done.
