Shakeout of short and medium term holders on realising that there are no surprises to the upside on timelines or financing milestones here. Just a few traders being stopped out or being converted to long term holders :)

I don't think you can take anything management says too literally especially since the 'imminent' financing statement last year. Imminent was definitely the wrong word as it doesn't mean some time in the next year.
