have a look at IXR.
FMS is just running on hype.
It is still only a target, and what chance is there of an INITIAL JORC being 400mt? More likely 50mt or so, and then slowly build upon that.
Remember its only one tenemant they hold, i would much prefer something diversified like Giralia who had a MC about the same size only a couple months ago
