People wanting to get back in, people wanting to get in and of course extent of rise if Pacific Roads wants to continue increasing their stake could upset everyone's expectations.
It's still early days and IMO the SP is around where it should have been prior to the rise given the in-ground assets. One could say the value of the in ground coal (in Gas conversion of course) far exceeds the present SP, however that comes into play when we get permission to exploit it and financial JV to afford to do so (I suspect CNX haven't been sitting on their laurels with that either). I do have one question - Why does the tune of the Beverley Hillbillies TV show keep running through my head? Arrggghhhh (and yes, I'm old enough to remember it).
