I have no problem with traders making a buck or two. I'm not surprised CNX didn't head over 10c as then we would have been into half cent increments. After UCG Policy has been announced along with project financial JV in place then I will not be surprised if CNX doesn't smash through that glass ceiling and make it well over the 10c. We could even get there before that if Haoqin resumes. Just a thought.
