SP pre-CR was being held down by short dumping...I watched it.
Post-CR instos aren't going to sell for only a few cents profit and we mighn't see dumping because there's no motive to retard the SP (so much?).
Mention was also made in my earlier posting that Lakewood and Randalls had latent capacity to up production. I took that to mean those mills are so designed to accommodate "bolt-on" changes to the circuits, allowing for more throughput with a minimum of effort and costs.
