On the issue of the ASX 200, I remember this being discussed at the time of the last rebalancing in December At that time it was almost unanimous that SLR was going to be dumped from the 200. It didn't happen.
At the time of the rebalance on 5 December SLR had a MC of just $140m and it stayed in.
Its MC today is $240m.

The problem it has is its average over the last six months is also $240m whereas last time its average was $277m, down but not dramatically.

So it may not necessarily be cut and dried even though the market seems to be convinced. It will depend on the performances of other stocks too, over the last six months.
