When Ansteel kick in their next $125m and confirmation that they will be funding GBG their JV cash contribution (which has been a well documented option in the whole JV deal from the start) and the enviro hurdle is overcome (it's a gimmee) then GBG will fly.

There's no way in the world Ansteel are going to pull out now, they've committed financially to their processing plant and Karara is the main feed for the plant
