Management have previously pointed out the work they have done with insurance companies to find an insurance price point.
As only 8-8.5% of the US population is uninsured (USA Census Bureau, Health Insurance Coverage). I guess you can use that as a number that might baulk at the price due to the full out of pocket expense.
