It is because it trades on the OTC so not one of the major US exchanges. So as it trades through a brokers network and smaller online platform it’s relatively illiquid with its last trade a few weeks ago. It’s MC of 280m USD still equates to around 430m AUD so just a touch under the Aus equivalent 457m. But OTC traded stocks in the US are considered very risky - think penny stocks. It’s possible in the future it could make itself onto the NASDAQ once it or if it meets the listing requirements.
