Yes I agree . It should be a business risk decision when it comes to corporate America, but I can see how the need to protect a countries critical infrastructure can morph into national security issue. It is without question a big risk to leave a countries industries exposed in the event of conflict as these days there are many ways to hurt a country economically and obtain an advantage. These risks may not be front of mind to industry but they certainly would be to the govt and defence
